The coin features the Pula Arena, one of the most renowned ancient monuments in Croatia. This iconic symbol of the city of Pula, of great historical and cultural significance for both the Republic of Croatia and the world, was once also one of the main motifs on the reverse of the 10-kuna banknote.<\/p>\n<p>The author of the design of the national side is Duje Botteri, and the coin, in <strong>Proof<\/strong> quality, was minted by the Croatian Mint in a series of <strong>5,000<\/strong> pieces.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description of the national side of the commemorative coin:<br \/>\n<\/strong>The national side of the commemorative coin features the main motif of the Pula Arena (amphitheatre), one of the most prominent ancient monuments in the Republic of Croatia, from the perspective of the view from the Adriatic Sea presented symbolically below the main motif, which also highlights the Mediterranean character of the Republic of Croatia.
