The Croatian Mint announces the release of the official Croatian euro coin set for 2026 in UNC quality.
Mints and central banks of the euro area regularly issue official euro sets, which have become a recognised and sought-after product among collectors and numismatic enthusiasts worldwide. Following previous editions dedicated to Croatian cities, this year’s release continues the series, presenting a new chapter of Croatia’s heritage.

The Official Croatian Euro Coin Set 2026 is dedicated to Vukovar, a city whose history has been recorded in written sources since the early 13th century. Owing to its position on the River Danube, Vukovar developed over the centuries into an important transport and commercial centre. Its rich historical layers are reflected in the historic town centre, Eltz Castle and the Vučedol archaeological site.

The set comprises the complete circulation coinage of the Republic of Croatia for 2026 in UNC quality and is issued in a limited mintage of 5,000 pieces.
The Euro Set Vukovar 2026 UNC will be available for purchase via the Croatian Mint’s online shop and through authorised distributors from 19 February 2026 at 9 a.m.
