The Croatian National Bank, in cooperation with the Croatian Mint, has issued the first 100-gram gold coin as a part of the ongoing series “Croatian Mint to the World”, with a nominal denomination of 200 euro. Commemorating the 60th anniversary of Dražen Petrović’s birth, this 100-gram gold coin is available in a limited series of just 60 pieces. The coins have been struck at the Croatian Mint with the utmost attention to detail, in the highest minting Proof quality. Minted in 999.9/1000 gold, this coin belongs to the category of investment gold. Gold collector coin comes in a luxurious box with a certificate signed by the Governor of the Croatian National Bank.

The new collector issue features the likeness and legacy of our greatest basketball virtuoso, interpreted by the talented Croatian sculptor Nikola Vudrag. On the reverse of the coin, the artist brings us closer to the image of a basketball in the hoop, the most powerful symbol of Dražen’s success on the court, while the obverse features him in a basketball action that audiences in Croatia and around the world loved to watch.

In 1992, Dražen was the best shooting guard on his team, the best European to have played in the NBA up to that point, and the best shooting guard in the NBA that season. The gold coin, presented in luxurious packaging, is strategically placed in the shooting guard position on the court. The finishing part of boxes is handmade which emphasizes their uniqueness; each box is imperfect in its own way.

Purchase and payment information

By confirming the order, it will be considered that the Buyer agrees with the price of the Product and other costs, and the Buyer will be sent a purchase quotation and/or an order confirmation via e-mail.

If the Buyer is paying by wire transfer, once the quotation is delivered to the Buyer by e-mail, the price indicated on the quotation is valid for 2 hours from the moment of delivery of the quotation.

The Buyer is obliged to send a confirmation of payment to the Seller within 2 hours from the delivery of the quotation to the e-mail address of the Seller: [email protected].

In case the Buyer does not deliver the confirmation of payment to the Seller within 2 hours from the delivery of the quotation, the price indicated on the quotation is no longer valid and the Buyer is obliged to place a new order.
