and deliver the item along with the receipt.
The sole proof of purchase is the receipt.
Please notify us within the 14-day time frame. The 14-day time frame starts from the moment you or your asignee have received the item.
In case the product you have received has been damaged in transport, you can file a complaint within 14 days after you have received the item.
Delivery costs are born by the customer.
The customer is required to deliver the item in the original packgaging, intact, with all the belonging parts.
Items with visible damages, items the customer has tried to repair or remodel, items damaged due to unprofessional handling, as well as items lacking the original packaging can not be replaced.
In case it is shown the customer had received an item that was damaged in transport, the customer will be refunded, including postal charges (excluding extraordinary delivery methods), witihn 14 days since the seller has confirmed the customer has the right to return the item.
The customer will be refunded the same way the payment had been made, unless another specific way is determined.
In case the replacement item cannot be delivered, the seller will refund the delivery costs and the value of the product he is no longer able to deliver.
